During sleep, your jaw may relax and your soft palate shifts, which obstructs the airway and causes snoring.
A snoreguard is a custom dental appliance that prevents your jaw and tongue from moving and restricting your airway. Dr. Blickenstaff will take molds of your teeth and send this information to a quality dental lab to produce your snoreguard. Small and flexible, your snoreguard has no hoses, moving parts, masks, or batteries. You can easily clean the appliance with a toothbrush.
