Dr. Daniel E. Blickenstaff

Dr. Blickenstaff received his DDS from The Ohio State University and has practiced dentistry for over 30 years. After graduating, Dr. B. was an instructor there for a number of years while maintaining a private practice. To continually hone his skills, Dr. B has taken LVI coursework and advanced cosmetic dentistry classes, like Invisalign and Lumineers.

Dr. B loves his job, and more importantly, his patients. Instead of booking in ten-minute increments, the industry standard, he sees patients in 15 minute increments. This schedule gives Dr. B plenty of time to share with our patients, making them feel at ease and enabling them to ask questions and receive satisfactory answers. For almost two decades, Dr. B has used laser dentistry to provide patients with optimal dental care.

Dr. B has four children and twin granddaughters. Basing treatment on what he would recommend to his family is how he treats our patients. He and his family have resided in Oregon since 1993. Beginning in 1981, Dr. B has served the local community as a high school football official. Dr. B also enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling, including medical mission trips to Jamaica.

Jill Welch, Patient Care Coordinator

Since April 2007, Jill Welch has functioned as our patient care coordinator. She brings 25 years of experience to the practice. Jill serves as your advocate during treatment planning and in maximizing your insurance benefits. Married for 19 years, Jill has a son and daughter. Her hobbies include camping, country living, and spending time with her family.

Carly Clark, Registered Dental Hygienist and EFDA Certified Dental Assistant

For 10 years, Carly Clark worked as an EFDA certified dental assistant. Her love of dentistry inspired her to enroll in a hygiene program, and she graduated in June 2008 at the top of her class. Carly loves spending one-on-one time with our patients and building personal relationships with them. In her free time, Carly enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and traveling.

Holly Richardson, EFDA Certified Dental Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator

Holly Richardson has worked with Dr. Blickenstaff for over a decade. She started out scheduling hygiene patients and then advanced to an EFDA certified dental assistant. Recently, Holly was promoted to Patient Care Coordinator, so she now is the voice on the phone and the smile that greets you at the front counter. The ability to remember each patient's name and pertinent information makes Holly invaluable to the practice. Holly and her husband have a blended family that includes five children.

Jenny Haskett, EFDA Certified Dental Assistant

In the short time she has been with us, Jenny Haskett has proven herself to be a valuable right-hand assistant to Dr. B. Jenny makes the comfort and well-being of our patients her first and foremost priority. She enjoys her job and spends her free time horseback riding and traveling.

Teddy White, Dental Assistant

When Teddy White joined our practice, she started out behind the scenes, performing critical tasks such as getting the operatories ready, sterilizing instruments, and lending a hand where needed. Teddy has begun training to be a dental assistant. Having completed Radiology certification, Teddy is qualified to serve as Dr. B's second assistant. For fun, Teddy likes to read, write, and hang out with her friends.
